The company operates a comprehensive production line encompassing every stage from product design and pattern making to casting, high-temperature quenching, machining, and grinding, boasting an annual production capacity exceeding 8,000 tons. Our primary focus is the manufacture of wear-resistant components utilizing a diverse range of materials—including high-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, alloy steel, and composite materials. Our product portfolio serves sectors such as aggregate crushing equipment, sand-making machinery, mineral processing equipment, and general wear-resistant spare parts.
The company's core business activities include the specialized production and custom fabrication of various wear parts—such as mantle liners and bowl liners for cone crushers; jaw plates for jaw crushers; and blow bars and wear blocks for impact sand-making machines—as well as the provision of comprehensive maintenance and repair services for complete cone crusher and jaw crusher units.
